To join Mid-Hudson Mensa...
In order to join Mensa, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Have a score in the
top 2%
on a standardized intelligence test.
- Pass the Mensa Test.
The Mensa test is administered locally once every few months.

Testing Fees: Current testing fees are as follows:
** Proctored Mensa test - $40.00 (please be sure to note that the test can be taken only by people age 14 and older)
** Evidence of prior testing evaluation - $40.00
** Mensa Home Test - $18.00
Membership Dues:
The membership dues were changed as of January 1, 2005.
** 1 year membership - $52.00
** 1 year, additional Mensan family membership (must be living at the same address
and be members of the same local group) - $35.00
** 3 year membership - $140.00
** 5 year membership - $230.00
** Life Membership - Based on age at the time life dues are received at the National Office.
